He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Hawkins and Josephine Henson Hawkins. He is survived by: his children, Jeff, Anna Hawkins, Bobby Hawkins, Brian Hawkins and Tracey O'Connell; and his sister Barbara. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
