He is survived by: his children, Kevin Hurst (Matthew Hiatt) and Tammy Lee (David); his granddaughters, Amanda Mitchell (Lance) and Alicia Fristad (Jimmy); and his great grandchild Eli Fristad. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
