He was predeceased by: his parents, John Evans and Ruby McMichen Evans; and his wife Evelyn Evans. He is survived by: his sons, Bill Evans (Teresa) and Daniel Evans; his grandchildren, Amanda Cannon (Jason) and Chad Evans (Francine); and his great grandchildren, Taylor Cannon, Callie Cannon, Easton Cannon, Gracie Evans, Brantley Cannon and Savannah Evans. He is also survived by several cousins and many beloved friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Stroke Association or a charity of choice.
