She was predeceased by: her husband Leon Parker; her brothers, Johnny Adams, Butch Adams and Danny Adams; and her parents, Daniel Adams and Betty Adams.

She is survived by: her sons, Michael Adams (Nobleza) and Rusty Adams (Amanda); her siblings, Ronald Adams, Keela Stidham and Jessie Adams; her grandchildren, Me'Chelle Adams, Russell Adams, Jr., Jasmine Adams, Destiny Adams, Briana Adams Grimes (Hudson) and Michael Adams II; her godson Terry Green; and her close friends, Linda, Emma and Diane.
