He was predeceased by: his mother Charlotte Smith; and his brother Rex Scott. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Scott; his daughters, Sandy McNeal (Jacobi) and Brandi Storey; his sister Carrie Haney (Danny); and his grandchildren, Peyton, MarCelous, Brodee, Mylee, Kaya, Drake, Jacobi Jr. and Jax.
Flowers are welcome, but the family encourages in lieu of flowers donations be made to either: The Indigent Fund of CCHRC or to IDEFINE.ORG for Kleefstra Research (a cause close to Tim's Heart).
