She is survived by: her husband Nathan Lee Chadwick Jr. of Centre; her children, Koby Anderson of Centre, Jonathan Chadwick of Centre, Jesse Pettis of Centre, Katey Barrett of Mobile, Tiffany Chadwick of Centre and Katrina Rayborn of Centre; her mother Iris Anderson of Centre; her siblings, James Chadwick of Centre, Richard Chadwick of Centre, Becky Williams of Centre and Shelley Jones of Amarillo, Texas; and her grandparents, Jim and Edna Anderson of Snyder, TX. She is also survived by four grandchildren, several aunts and uncles, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
