With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sybol Snead Ellis of Centre, Alabama, born in Cherokee, Alabama, who passed away on December 18, 2021 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband John H. Ellis; her siblings, Hughard, P. L. Snead, Olga McCord and Alline Laney; and her parents, Rolon Snead and Vivian Smith Snead.

She is survived by: her son Rev. Eric Ellis. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family requests no flowers. Memorials may be given to Centre First Baptist Church Building Fund 300 East Bypass Centre, Al. 35960.
