She was predeceased by: her husband Troy Johnson; her daughter Sheila Freeman; her grandson Junior Hooper; and her parents, William McGatha and Lula Carolyn McGatha.
She is survived by: her children, George Johnson (Jackie), Larry Johnson (Pam), Jackie Johnson (Joe), Danny Johnson and Glenda Hooper (Eugene); her sister Martha "Marty" Maushet (Bob); and her close friends, Sheena Atkins and David Pitts. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
