It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robbie C. Kopacka of Centre, Alabama, born in Menlo, Georgia, who passed away on November 4, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, R. M. "Bob" Reese and Mattie Lawson Reese; her husband Peter Alan "Al" Kopacka; her siblings, Mae Purcell (Mack), Ruth Griffith (Glenn), John Reese, Lee Roy Reese, Bill Reese (Iva) and David Reese; and her great-niece Karen Newton.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, JoAnn Newton (Jerry), Joyce Pledger (Johnny), Pat Tudor (Andy), Cindy Mitchell (Spunky), Darlene Treadaway (Max), Tammy Reese (Adrian Nichols), Jerry Reese (Lisa Lowdon) and Chamie Willingham; her uncle Carl Griffith; her sister-in-law Carolyn Reese Tanner; and her close friend Margie Marona. She is also survived by several cousins, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mason Funeral Home (320 GA-48, Summerville, GA 30747). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at the Ami Cemetery (1500 Jamestown Rd, Menlo, GA 30731).
Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to the Menlo Presbyterian Church in memory of the R.M. "Bob" Reese Family.
