It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Cliff of Centre, Alabama, born in Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on October 8, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Franklin and Luella Cliff (Hatten). He is survived by: his son George; his daughter-in-law Terri Cliff; his daughter Jessica; and his son-in-law Jason Collins. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
