She was predeceased by: her husband Curtis Vaughn; and her granddaughter Tiffany Vaughn Hightower. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Summers (Curtis), Michael Vaughn (Melinda), Loyd Lee Vaughn (Dianna), Teresa Jane Vaughn and Shawn Curtis Vaughn; and her brother Richard Gibbs (Karan). She is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
