She was predeceased by: her parents, Buford York Gipson and Dora Lee Simmons Lorren; and her husband Jimmy Sloan "Mac" McClendon. She is survived by: her siblings, Sandra Lee Pruitt and William York Gipson (Linda); her stepdaughters, Kelly McClendon, Wendy King (Todd) and Stacey Strauss (Frank); her great-niece Lindsay Partain; and also Kelly McClendon. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great- grandson.
