It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Jean Garner (Centre, Alabama), born in Cherokee, Alabama, who passed away on March 22, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sons, Tim Garner (Kathy) of Rome and David Garner of Centre; her sister Nancy Pollard of Centre; her grandchildren, Kadi Sisson (Jason) and Ashleigh Garner; her great grandchildren, Joshua Sisson, Anna Lynn Garner, Timothy Garner, Abigail Garner, Taylor Hill, Ava Garner and Ali Garner; and her husband H. L. Garner. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Ebenezer UMC.
