She was predeceased by: her parents, Murney Franklin and Alvertia Lizzie Doss McGatha; her daughter Chrystal Slayton; her grandson Colby Slayton; and her brothers, Bud, Billy, Daniel, Bobby, Wayne, Matthew and Harley McGatha.
She is survived by: her husband Ronnie C. Morris; her children, Chris Slayton (Kelley), Phillip Blake Slayton, Stephanie Rana Slayton Benefield (David) and Bridgette Lovella Slayton Patel (Bhrugesh); and her siblings, Shirley Buttram (Larry), Marvin McGatha (Kathy), Andrew McGatha (Becky), Guy McGatha (Patty), Tony McGatha (Joan), Joel McGatha (Marie) and Richard McGatha (Dana). She is also survived by 29 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
