She is survived by: her husband Edward Clark Headrick; her daughter Debra Headrick Blair (Van); her siblings, Loretta Smith (late Wayne Smith), Myra Gaines (Bill), Ralph Glassco (Bea) and Phil Glassco (Jill); her caregivers, Ann Holt, Queen of Washington, Deborah Wood and Barbara Dickens; her grandchildren, Lindy Snead (Bubba) and Kristina Puckett (Johnny); her great grandchildren, Madi, JJ Puckett, Thomas, Colby and Carter Snead; and her close friends, Henry Careaga, Delane Ingram and Melanie Pace.
