She is survived by: her husband William Dudley Lentz; her daughter Lisa Lentz Pritchett; her siblings, James Joiner, Jr. and Patty Wheeler; her grandchildren, Shae Lentz, Hunter Lentz, Faith Morris, Eli Thompson, Lauryn Pritchett and Dreyson Pritchett; her great grandchildren, Micah Lentz and Marcellus McElroy; and her close friends, Gerri Prater and Marie Wilson.
