He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest "Tater" Hogan and Glenda Holcomb; his stepfather R. G. Sherrod; and his sister LeeAnn Hogan Prather. He is survived by: his wife Karen Weaver Hogan; his daughter Kandi Garmany (Josh); his grandchildren, Jackson and Abby Garmany; his stepfather Orvel Holcomb; and his niece Rebecca Prather.
