He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Russell; and his parents, Clarence Arden and Doris Viola Cromer Russell. He is survived by: his wife Janet Marie Russell; his son Larry Todd Russell (Kim); his brother Greg Russell (Lisa); and his brother-in-law Jesse N. Griffus (Yvonne Major). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
