He is survived by: his children, Angie Phillips, Jan Phillips Lovell (Keith) and Kenny Phillips (Cindy); his wife Allene Pugh Phillips; his grandchildren, Adam Lovell (Kendall) and Peyton Lovell; and his great grandchild Allie Lovell.
