He is survived by: his wife Iva; his son Justin; his daughter-in-law Jessica; his granddaughter Evie; his mother-in-law Iva Patty; his brother-in-law Mike Patty; and his brothers, Donald Nelson (Betty) and Howard Nelson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
