He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsworth Carothers and Shirley Hillman. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Usry Carothers; his daughters, Bailey and Kailey Carothers; and his brothers, Don Carothers (Linda), William Carothers (Bill), Gary Carothers, Mike Carothers and Jeff Carothers (Joyce). He is also survived by several aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews.
