With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Mark Abernathy of Centre, Alabama, who passed away on December 15, 2020 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mark Abernathy and Mary Ann Hunter Wells. He is survived by: his siblings, Earl David Wells, Jerry Wayne Wells, Julia Ann Abernathy, Gail Abernathy, Brenda Abernathy and Donna Abernathy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family requests no food or flowers, but instead donations may be made to help purchase a headstone.
