He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn Wilson Williams; his brothers, Bernard Williams and Kenneth Williams; and his parents, Fred Milford and Minnie Davis Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Williams (Connie), Johnny Williams (Marilyn) and Reita Kelley (Bob); and his grandchildren, Burk Williams (Amanda), Paige Dobbs (Silas), Jennifer Kelley and Bobby Kelley. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; several nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Centre First United Methodist Church or to Ebenezer United Methodist Church.
