He is survived by: his wife Ann Pate; his children, Steven Weeks and Tiffany Sizemore (Joe); his brothers, Danny Lamar Pate (Iris) and Robert Allen Pate; and his grandchildren, Ethan Weeks, Erica King and Sierra Kilpatrick. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
