It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeremy Lewis of Centre, Alabama, born in Cherokee, Alabama, who passed away on May 8, 2021, at the age of 30, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert, Jeraldine Hill and Shirley Lewis. He is survived by: his parents, Alvin Lewis and Jackie Lewis of Centre; his aunts and uncles, Chuck (Donna Hill), James (Susie Lewis), Debra Mitchell (Tim) and Tina McCord; his cousins, Josh Ogle, Jake McCord, Jessica McCord, Austin Mitchell and Colyn Mitchell; his close friend Randa Wilkins; and his pets, Lucy and Lexi.
In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to New Nazareth Cemetery Fund.
