She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Grimes and Mary Bell Daniel Grimes; and her sister Charlcie Pellegatti. She is survived by: her husband Keith Dean; her children, Carla Richardson (Lamar) of Spartanburg, SC and Keith Atkison of Centre; her grandchildren, Alexandria Paulz (Eric), Gabriel Ballou, Evan Atkison, Charlee Atkison, Jared Richardson, Clay Richardson and Kali Yanase (Shige); and her great grandchildren, Naoki Yanase and Emi Yanase.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
