He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Foster Norton. He is survived by: his daughters, Jackie Souder (Martin) of Cedar Bluff, Dina Brewster of Tucker's Chapel and Wanda Foster Sims of Glencoe; his siblings, Harvey Norton of Centre and Margaret Ryan; and his granddaughter Sydney Souder. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; several nieces & nephews.
