He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Roscoe Covington of Centre, Joshua Covington of Fort Payne, Alanda Green (Cornell) and Jennifer Terrell (Michael) of Centre; his wife Charlene Covington; his siblings, James Terry, Charles, Clyde, Joe, Dorothy, Johnnie and Mary; and his mother Josephine Covington. He was also cherished by 5 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
