It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Homer Larry Nichelson of Centre, Alabama, who passed away on June 24, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer F. Nichelson and Louise Brock Nichelson; his wife Violet Ann Christopher Nichelson; and his sister Sybil Smith. He is survived by: his children, Lynn Scarborough of Dallas, Ricky Nichelson of Ellijay and Scottie Nichelson of Centre, AL; his sister Marie Couey of Rome; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Stanfield, Cole Scarborough and Taylor Nichelson.
