He was predeceased by: his son Harold Kieth Morrison; and his parents, Woodrow Wilson Morrison and Velma Mae Hooper Morrison. He is survived by: his daughter Debra McSpadden (Doyle); his siblings, Jack Morrison (Lynn), Pat Williams (Harold), Wanda Day and Sandra Ward (Andrew); and his grandchildren, Jessica Bennefield (Dylan), Jennifer McSpadden, Jeremy McSpadden (Tara), Bronson Morrison and Brandon Morrison. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
