She was predeceased by: her husband Merle Grimes; her brother Mitchell Aaron; and her parents, Leo Cornelius and Virginia Catherine Aaron. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Grimes (Beth) and Gina Minnix (Tommy); her brother Paul Aaron (Fleda); her grandchildren, Amanda Hays (Dane), Jake Minnix (Meagen), Hudson Grimes (Bri Adams) and Preston Grimes (Maddy); and her caregivers, Carole Powell and Barbara Ryan. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations to be made to Centre First Baptist Church Building Fund.
