He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Stephens and Elanore Miller Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Marie Adet Helms Stephens of Centre; his daughters, Mary Davidson (Steve), Rebekah Stephens, Michelle Ricondo (Marco) and Laura Glueck (Milton); his granddaughter Emily Davidson; and his niece Sabrina Webb Hemingway (Marcus).

The family will accept flowers or memorials may be made to St. Jude.
