It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Conaway Young of Centre, Alabama, born in Cherokee, Alabama, who passed away on September 5, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Riley Conaway and Mildred Chandler Conaway. She is survived by: her husband Charles Allen Young; her children, Samuel "Sam" Allen Young (Anna), Charles "Eddie" Edward Young and Susanne Young Ray (Ward); her brother Ken Conaway (Judy); her grandchildren, Ben Young (Katie), Ashlin Morbidelli (Christian) and Philip Ray; her great grandchild Violet Young; and her close friends, Bertie, Regina Lewis, Patsy Baker, Bonnie Hooper and Ellen Rae.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
