She was predeceased by: her father Charlie Kilgore; her husband Jesse "Red" Boatfield; and her son Jonathan Boatfield. She is survived by: her children, Mike Boatfield (Lacy) of Powder Springs, Georgia, David Boatfield (Cindy) of Allen, Texas, Nelda Jolly (Glen) of Centre and Karen Boatfield of Centre; her grandchildren, Shannon Boatfield, Lindy Keener, Solomon Boatfield, Elise Thomas, Joshua Boatfield, Trey Boatfield and Jayde Boatfield; and her great grandchildren, Christian Boatfield, Caleb Boatfield, Braylon Boatfield and Brodie Boatfield. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, it was her request that memorials be made to the building fund of First Baptist Church Centre.
