He is survived by: his wife Dewanda Kay King Kelley; and his siblings, Doug Kelley (Sarah), Jewel Matthews (Thomas) and Marie Qualls (Runt).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Union Congregational Methodist Church in Ellisville.
