He is survived by: his children, Michael Minshew and Debra Lynn Gamble (Tomy); his grandchild Chase Minshew; and his caregivers, Ridley, Sue Redding, Melissa of Homestead and Ashley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
