It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deloris Elaine Crawford of Centre, Alabama, born in Cherokee, Alabama, who passed away on January 6, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husband Virgil Holcombe; her siblings, Jim Twilley and Autry Waldman; her nephews, Derrick Wheeler and Keith Wheeler; and her parents, George Grady and Aella Abernathy Twilley.
She is survived by: her husband Billy Joe Crawford; her children, Jeff Holcombe (Theresa) of Centre, Jan Coffey (Thomas) of Pelham and Beth Sydney (Loren) of Naples, FL; her stepson Roy Crawford (Vickie) of Gadsden; her grandchildren, Kristen Lemieux (Mark), Lindsey Jennings (David), Kirk Sydney, Logan Coffey (Franzi) and Sarabeth Sydney; her great grandchild Gabriel Coffey; her sister Sara Wheeler (Charles); and her sister-in-law Gale Poe. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
