David Maddox Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Maddox (Centre, Alabama), born in Clearwater, Florida, who passed away on February 22, 2019 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Sewell and Effie Kate Hammett Maddox. He is survived by: his wife Emily Charlene Bell Maddox; his daughter Amber Boroff (Scott); and his siblings, Wayne Maddox (June) of Centre and Mary West of Centre. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
