He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Haislip and Gladys Haislip; his wife Patricia Haislip (Patsy); and his brother Donald Haislip. He is survived by: his daughters, Jill Thacker (Clint) and Jennifer Haislip; his grandchildren, Kearstin Schmidt (Jake), Beau Thacker (Meghan), Brody and Catherine Lynn; his great grandchildren, Cannon, Callen Schmidt and Carter Lane Thacker; his siblings, Peggy Eden (Bob), June Daniel (Wayne) and Tommy Haislip (Sue); his pet Candy; and his sons, Clint Thacker, Beau Thacker and Jake Schmidt. He is also survived by his family and friends.
