It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Wayne Long of Centre, Alabama, born in Cherokee, Alabama, who passed away on October 4, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sister Jan Cox (Greg); and his parents, Clarence Weaver and Mary Emma Weaver (Thurman). He is survived by: his wife Jackie Long of Centre, AL; his son Terry Dewayne Long of Murfreesboro, TN; his brother Charles Long (Suzanne) of Hokes Bluff; and his grandson Dakota Burns. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and even great-great nieces and nephews.
The family will accept flowers or donations to St. Jude's Hospital.
