He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Ted" and Verlyn Ashley Twilley. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Twilley of Centre; his children, Jonathan Twilley (Christy) of Centre, Dondra Kelley (Jason) of Cave Spring and Carmen Lowe (Stan) of Soddy Daisy; his siblings, Thurman Twilley of Centre, Wayne Twilley (Pat) of Centre, Hurman Twilley of Centre and Deborah Littlefield (Gene) of Centre; and his close friends, Christy Stansell and Sybil Howard. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
