Betty Norton Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Norton of Centre, Alabama, who passed away on December 28, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband William Judson Norton; her daughter Mary Elizabeth Norton; her sisters, Linda Moubry and Dorsey Earp; and her parents, Celester L. Selby and Merle Pettigrew Selby.

She is survived by: her children, William Judson Norton of Franklin, TN, Stan Norton of Franklin, TN, Trent Norton of Centre and Celeste Norton of Birmingham. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cherokee County Humane Society.
