Payne, AL.; his children, Kim Este of Kentucky, Steve Goins of Kentucky, Brian Goins of Kentucky, Michael Goins of Kentucky, Georgia Goins of Kentucky, Barry Goins of Kentucky, Neil Goins of Kentucky and Christopher Goins of Kentucky; his siblings, Arvetta Frank of Cincinnati, OH., Clifton Goins (Mary) of Locus Grove, GA. and David Goins (JoAnn) of Jackson, GA.; and his sister-in-law Penny Goins of Ringgold, GA.. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
