Barbara Nell King Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 19, 2022, at the age of 89, Barbara Nell King of Centre, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, John William O'Neal and Paul Lee King; her son Johnny O'Neal; her stepchildren, Charlie Paul King and Nellie Jo Espin; and her parents, William McKinley Matheny and Elma Louise Lindsey Matheny.
She is survived by: her daughters, Anita O'Neal Vogt (Michael) and Kathie O'Neal Rhodes (Michael); her stepsons, Michael King (Sylvia) and Jerry King (Darlene); her grandchildren, Christopher Hill (Patty), Amie Davis (Ron), Holy Murray, Teri Hogeland (Terrill) and Casey Scott; her stepgrandchildren, April Helms (Eric), Shane King (Meredith) and Adam Rhodes; her brother Dwight Matheny (Patricia); and her sister-in-law Linda Matheny. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Fairview United Methodist Church.
