She was predeceased by: her parents, Hobert Bullard and Ethel Bullard; her husband Dr. Jack Blackwell; and her siblings, Margaret Garner, Lora Mae Garner, Fanny Lee Elliott, Bertha Lou Bullard, McKinley Bullard, James Bullard (Jimmy) and Doris Harris.
She is survived by: her daughters, Anne Blackwell, Dr. Linda Dolan (Larry), Joan Perkins (Bill) and Beth Fowler (Steve). She is also survived by ten grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Perry Funeral Home Chapel (1611 Clarence E Chesnut Jr Bypass, Centre, AL 35960). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, 300 East Bypass, Centre, AL 35960.
