Terry Dewayne was predeceased by: parent Carolyn JoAnn Miller. Terry Dewayne is survived by: children, Kinley Brenna Miller (Zachary Minton) of Southside, Sara Grace Miller of Southside and Caleb Woodard (Kim) of Marietta, GA; father James Miller of Cedar Bluff; brother Jamie Lynn Miller of Sand Rock; grandchild Amelia "Mia" Minton of Liam Woodard; nephew Riley Miller; nieces, Miranda Miller and Alyssa Weaver (Chris); stepmother Donna Faye Miller; and grandchildren, Jackson Kelley and Joseph Kelley.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital or to the Shriners Children's Hospital.
