She was predeceased by: her parents, James Dwight Barnes and Patricia Jean Holstein Barnes; and her siblings, Jeanie Sims, Sandra Barnes and Jimmy Barnes.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tricia (Dave Howard), Denita (Sam Allmond), Merri (Jesse Blankenship), Teigh-Jae (Andy Monshor) and Jennifer (Kasey Smith); and her sisters, Phyllis Burton, Teresa Barnes, Kathy Howard, Donna Howard and Sherri Howell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Tammy's family asks that in lieu of flowers, please perform random acts of kindness and "Pay it forward" in her memory.
