She was predeceased by: her uncle Curtis Knowles. She is survived by: her husband Pernell S. Blackwell of Cedar Bluff, AL; her daughters, Chastity Salter (Clint) of Brewton, AL and Amber Blackwell (Joshua Thompson) of Leesburg, AL; her sister Lorie Mims (James) of Birmingham, AL; her sister-in-law Rhonda Stringer (Wayne) of Atmore, AL; and her grandchildren, Drake, Tori, Kole, Payton, Kacen, Gage, Brooklyn, Makayla and Kamden.
