We are sad to announce that on August 29, 2023, at the age of 87, Roma Yvonne Bertram of Cedar Bluff, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Biggs and Lillian Putnam Biggs; her husband Albert Bertram; and her children, Dianne Hamrick, Deborah Emeott and James Dale Flynn.

She is survived by: her daughters, Delores Russo and Donna Stoudt (Jay); her sister Lena Elliott; and her children-in-law, Ana Flynn and Tommy Emeott. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.
