He was predeceased by: his parents, Odis Duncan and Carolyn Duncan; and his daughter April Duncan Nichols. He is survived by: his wife Donna G. Duncan; his son Christopher Duncan; his grandchildren, Courtney Ray (Sean), Danielle Voiles (Corbin), Trenton Nichols (Destiny Parker) and Macey Duncan; his great grandchildren, Henley and Hendrix Voiles; and his siblings, Frank Duncan (Nancy), Larry Duncan and Judy D. Gillilan.
